When is the official launch?
We launch to the public on December 1st. Until then, we're only taking Founder Club preorders. Founder Club members will receive their boxes first, before anyone else, along with exclusive perks for being early supporters.
What's inside a Bingo Box?
Each month you'll receive a curated mix of all-natural treats, holistic wellness essentials, and fun surprises tailored to your dog's size. Every box is designed to keep tails wagging.
Are your treats and treatments safe for my dog?
Yes! All our treats and wellness items are carefully reviewed and approved by holistic veterinarians and certified pet nutritionists. Everything is natural, safe, and free from artificial fillers or harsh chemicals.
How do I choose the right box for my dog?
During sign-up, you'll tell us your dog's size (small, medium, large, or giant) and a few basics. We'll make sure your Bingo Box is a perfect fit.
Can I substitute items in my box?
Right now, each Bingo Box is thoughtfully curated, so substitutions aren't available. This ensures every pup gets the full experience we've designed.
Will add-ons or customization be available?
Yes! Add-ons and customization options are planned for 2026. Until then, we'll continue to hand-pick the best natural goodies for your dog every month.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all subscription boxes across the U.S.
When will my first box arrive?
Founder Club members' boxes ship first — within 3–5 business days of after the Launch Date. After launch, future boxes arrive around the same time each month.
What if my dog doesn't like something in the box?
We've got you covered! If your pup isn't a fan of an item, reach out to our team and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit toward your next box.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription anytime?
Yes. We believe in flexibility. You can cancel, pause, or skip a month anytime through your account dashboard — no hidden fees, no hassle.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Absolutely! Bingo Boxes make the perfect gift for dog lovers. You can purchase gift plans that deliver natural treats and wellness goodies to a friend or family member's pup.
